For just £40.00 including VAT per hour plus travel expenses we wilprovide honest sound advice on how the property should be presented, to enhance its aesthetic appeal, and so maximise its selling potential.

A follow up visit can be arranged to check that it is ready for viewing and to ensure the photographs do justice to the property.
